Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

Quick answers about inquiries, file review, test prints, and studio visits.

Do I need a test print?

01

Yes. A test print is recommended for most projects, especially when paper choice, size, or finish needs review before a larger run.

What should I send for an inquiry?

02

Please send the image file, intended size, paper preference if you have one, and the quantity you need. We will review the file and next steps.

What does the file check include?

03

We can check resolution, crop, and basic file-preflight details before production. This does not include spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or rights clearance.

How are project quotes prepared?

04

Project quotes are based on size, media, quantity, and packaging needs. For small exhibition projects, booking usually needs at least 14 days lead time.

When can I visit the studio?

05

Studio appointments and collection are available in Chennai by appointment. Monday to Friday runs by appointment from 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday is by appointment, and Sunday is closed.
